Qingdao Bairuisi Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Authorizer") possesses the copyright or has legally acquired the rights to the relevant short dramas listed below. The Authorizer hereby grants Beijing Future Datong International Trade Co., Ltd. Qingdao Branch (hereinafter referred to as "the Authorized Party") and its affiliated companies the right to utilize the authorized content (as detailed in the list below), including the complete films, scripts (if applicable), and related materials, such as drama titles, characters, stills, behind-the-scenes footage, posters, and other filming materials.
The rights granted for the aforementioned content include:
* Information network dissemination rights
* Reproduction rights
* Distribution rights
* Translation rights
* Dubbing rights
* And other related rights necessary for the realization of information network dissemination rights.
The Authorized Party and its affiliated companies are permitted to operate and use the content within the authorized scope in any legal form, including but not limited to, independently determining the marketing and operation strategies for the authorized content in the authorized region, as well as performing post-editing and packaging.
The Authorizer pledges and guarantees that the authorized content provided to the Authorized Party complies with laws and regulations, and that all necessary consents, approvals, authorizations, and licenses have been obtained, without infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
